At The Web Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development services. Due to the custom nature of our work and the resources invested in each project, our refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business interests.

No Refunds After Project Commencement

Important Notice:

Once a project contract has been signed and work has commenced, no refunds will be provided. This policy applies regardless of project stage or completion status.

Project commencement is defined as:

  • Contract execution by both parties
  • Receipt of initial project deposit
  • Beginning of discovery, planning, or development work
  • Allocation of team resources to your project

Pre-Contract Consultation

Before signing any contract, we provide comprehensive consultations to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements, scope, timeline, and costs. We encourage clients to ask questions and clarify any concerns during this phase.

Project Modifications

While refunds are not available after project start, we offer flexibility through:

  • Scope adjustments within the original budget
  • Timeline modifications when feasible
  • Feature substitutions of equivalent value
  • Phased delivery approaches

Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after commencement:

  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • Client receives all completed work and deliverables to date
  • Any outstanding balance for completed work becomes immediately due
  • Source code and assets are transferred upon full payment

Service Guarantee

Instead of refunds, we provide:

  • Unlimited revisions during the development phase
  • Bug fixes and corrections at no additional cost
  • Post-launch support as specified in the contract
  • Commitment to deliver projects that meet agreed specifications

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where The Web Company fails to deliver any work product due to our own inability to perform, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are at our sole discretion and require written agreement.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. If disputes arise, we prefer to work collaboratively toward a solution that serves both parties' interests while maintaining the integrity of our no-refund policy.

Payment Processing Fees

Any payment processing fees, transaction costs, or administrative charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
