Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• Clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and designs
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• The Web Company retains rights to general methodologies and know-how
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue payments

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific business results or outcomes
• Compatibility with all future technologies
• Uninterrupted operation of websites or applications
• Protection against all security threats

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Clients retain rights to completed deliverables upon payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
